I inherited several long guns and pistols that have not been cleaned in several years. Some have light rust on them. Any suggestions on a bulk cleaning/ oiling solution?

    1. For rust I like hornady one shot or any cleaner/oil and a brass brush or stainless steel wool.

    2. after the rust is dealt with I use Publix window cleaner and spray and scrub away.

    3. theN back to the hornady one shot for a liberal spray down and wipe down. I like that it dries pretty quick without a lot of oil

    4. some gun grease on moving parts or internals if it will sit a long time (a ton if you don’t plan on shooting it for years).

keep dry and check on them every few months.

0000 Steel Wool and gun oil will get rid of the rust, I've had to do that before.

    4. some gun grease on moving parts or internals if it will sit a long time (a ton if you don’t plan on shooting it for years).
