    Gents,
Thought this would go in the Hunting forum, but I was looking for an ATV to do duty as both a hunting vehicle as well as around the house/minifarm.
    Anyone have experience with these?
I was leaning towards the Yamaha because of good payload, but the Polaris and CanAm both can pull more than 1K. (looking in the 450-700CC Range.)
I was thinking the yamaha would be easiest to work on/most reliable.. and the Polaris/CanAm more fancy..
The Honda is just there because I think you can't have the conversation without mentioning the 500 CC Rubicon(though it isn't rated for as much payload as the others on my list)

Thoughts from those with more XP than myself?

I have had Kawasaki Prairie, Honda Rancher, and Suzuki. Without a doubt I would go with Honda particularly the Rancher or Foreman. The build quality on Honda's is MUCH better than the others IMO. *I would avoid the Honda ES (electric shift) models. FWIW, Hondas always have better resale value as well. Just my .02 worth!

** a utv may be more handy 2-4 seater w dump bed. Prepare for sticker shock. A used jeep is cheaper. Unless you luck into a gator or pug. View attachment 220086
Now a Used Jeep is another thought as well.. You can plate and drive Jeeps on the road as well. Though all manner of off road vehicles drive around out here.
