Arkansas stones

Anybody know anywhere local that I could get my hands on an Ultra-Fine Arhansas Stone? I want to do some ploishing on my S&W 642 to help smooth the trigger some. Would like to spend my money locally if I could.

Edit: I would try somewhere like Bass Pro, Academy or the like. I would imagine somewhere with a decent knife sharpening section would have an ultra fine stone.

I would respectfully suggest that you go ahead and buy a set from Brownell's or Midway. They have a super selection and(like me)if you borrow some,you will borrow again and again until you wise up and buy some. Get the three stone set,working with guns you will find that eventually you will need more than just a Hard Arkansas. --- SAWMAN

It would help if we knew where you are located, but Crestview Wholesale on Hwy 90 west of town has plenty of options.

Pensacola Mill supply has the machinists polishing bars in all grades. If they're out try American tool n carbide.
