Purchased this lower and can’t find a whole lot of information on whether it only works with the radial blow back uppers or if I can use a standard 9mm upper receiver with it. I have emailed cmmg and have yet to receive a reply now a week later.

I had one and it worked fine with blowback upper, unless they changed something? Running colt mags??
Yes colt mag, it’s the newer style lower made to work with radial uppers. I can’t find any info on if it will work with blowback or not.
