Last Blood’ Should be Last Straw for Gun Owners and Stallone Movies

Stallone for years has publicly made antigun statements and yet some think of him as even a role model.
Until America, door to door, takes every handgun, this is what you're gonna have,” Stallone declared after comedian Phil Hartman was murdered by his wife. It wasn’t just an observation, it was a recommendation:
“It's pathetic. It really is pathetic. It's sad. We're living in the Dark Ages over there. It has to be stopped, and someone really has to go on the line, a certain dauntless political figure, and say, ‘It's ending, it's over, all bets are off.’ It's not 200 years ago, we don't need this anymore, and the rest of the world doesn't have it. Why should we?”

I have to agree. If you don't like guns and think people shouldn't have them, don't make your millions off of movies that portray a positive use of guns.

I would call that artistic integrity. But that's just me.

    2.Sylvester Stallone

Sylvester Stallone started his acting career with a soft-core pornography movie. He chose to act in an adult film at a time when he was homeless and sleeping in a bus terminal in New York. He said he saw a casting notice of the porn movie "The Party at the Kitty Stud's (1970)," and contacted the producers. The producers selected him to play the male lead in the movie and paid him $200 as compensation. They didn't release the film for unknown reasons. Five years later, when Sylvester Stallone became very famous with the success of "Rocky", they renamed the movie and released it as "Italian Stallion." Unsurprisingly, the film helped them to make a lot of money!

Anybody from the so called Hollywood "elites" can kiss my robust round arse. I don't watch movies much and specifically boycott any of the anti gun dopes trash. Hollywood has been a bastion of anti American loosers for far to long... f-em.

I remember someone had a copy of "Italian Stallion" in some army barracks a long time ago. I always wondered why Stallone would perform in a movie such as that after he had gained fame as "Rocky." As Radar O'Reilly said, there was "noodle frontity." I just tipped my cap and moved on. This puts that mystery in perspective.

Let’s not confuse anyone of us liking any actor for their ability to perform said roles they are staring in. I may like you natural given ability to “pretend” you are who you are portraying, that doesn’t mean I give two shits about your opinion on anything, least of which is your stand on my rights. Stick to acting. You wouldn’t last in my “real” world where you have to actually work for a living.

    p.s. “pretending” isn’t work.

Which brings me to Robert DeNiro. He's go the creep factor down to an art. I detest that jerk.

I often wonder why people get upset at what an actor or actress says or thinks. I give two huge loads of crap as to what they think or say. Doesn't matter if it's for my way or thinking or not. I want to know when these type people were given any credence at all in what they say.

I get that they are tend setters or something. But thinking that I care what they say just boggles my mind. The problem is when our leaders and the ones that make laws and do things that affect ordinary people's lives listen to them!

Some times they use their public image to back the passage of antigun legislation.
