My cousin's husband spent nearly 30 years in the US Army. He trained men in the Abrams Tank. He picked up this pistol in the mid 1970's while stationed in Germany.
Not nearly as old as the last one I posted but fairly rare in the US as I have found out. He gave it to my father in the early 1980's as their daughter is Autistic and they were afraid she may get her hands on it accidentally. Dad gave it to me a few years before he passed.

This is a Beretta 92 SB.It is pictured with a pachmayer grip, but I have the original wood grips on it presently.
You will not see many of these SB models in the States for some reason. Made in Italy.
I only saw one of these for sale on Gun Broker. a couple of the Compact models though.

Nice gun, but being 76, I do not consider it old since I have much older center fire automatics.
