Another CO school shooting

If a youth is troubled enough to do something this rash, surely he is showing some signs of trouble or needing mental help.

In these times, if a teacher reported a kid for mental issues the kids parents would probably sue the teacher instead of getting the kid help.

John I can see that happing as well.

The only way to stop this is to offer more mental health services for free & have Armed guards in schools. Someone has to be able to eliminate the threat as fast as possible. I imagine most of these kids just want to kill themselves & go out with a bang on TV.

As dumb as I thought it was when I was a kid, I think video games and music and other things that have polluted kids minds have a lot of the blame, not all but a lot

Thats possible but I played video games & war with plastic gun when I was a kid. Now we did not have call of duty type of games.

The media has to take some credit because if these kids would not make the news I bet they would be less likely to go on shooting sprees. I understand it has to be covered but there has to be some effect. The whole being famous & You tube thing.

Some kids might not seak help from the rash of shit they might get from there class mates. You know about seeing a shrink. Hell alot of grownups don't like to admit they have any problems..

Then there is the thing about maybe getting locked away for getting the help. Kids don't know all the facts about conseling.

There was something on the news tonight about getting some gov funding for mental health. Just heard part of it. Someone will probally bitch about that costing to much money.
