Item Description Brand new still in crate, with spare tire and lights. Hydraulic Disc Brakes (surge) Just put fenders and lights on and you are ready to go. I added picture of it put together from the web site. I was told by the dealer (Jeep) that I could use this to pull my Wrangler. Not so! It will pull just about any front wheel car, truck, just not a jeep. Very well made, I cannot return it because it cost $300 shipping. Might as well keep it or sell it, I'll try selling it first. My loss someone's else's gain.
