    If you think anyone can take 14 shots to center mass without body armor and keep running, then I have a bridge to sell you...

    Not even meth, crack, PCP, and X can get you through that trauma.
    That will kill, but a hopped up person on drugs or just pure adrenaline may continue until the brain shuts down. In say 10 seconds of remaining life another life can be taken.

    This one is only 17 but two assailants with shotgun and 9mm. Victim got off one shot from a derringer.

    Not one major organ shot - not 14 rounds to center mass...

    What gets hit does make a difference. For bleeding effect a centered hit on the heart will cause the most drastic drop in blood pressure. A shot through the middle of the spinal cord will drop a mammal on the spot, even if death is so immediate. Whether they survive is not the most pressing issue; whether they stop being a threat is.
