$60 Lever Action

That’s exactly what I paid for this old Ithaca 22 rifle at a pawn shop years ago, $60 out the door price, was offered $200 for it once but I’ll give it to a grand kid one day.

Used to be some bargains before AlGor invented the internet.
I bought a 1961 Win 94 for $70, a Ruger 10/22 for $50 and a Marlin 39A in a hard case with a brick of ammo for $125 in the late 80s.

Looks like a Ithaca M49. Falling Block, single shot, fires .22 Short, Long an Long Rifle. Fake feed tube add to the western lever gun look. Some had saddle ring. Pretty good little shooter. Receive is painted not blued. Lever travel is short throw. Trained my kids and they are training their's with it. Mine doesn't have a Ser#. I'd buy another if I came across on in decent shape. BoreSnake is he easiest way to clean it.
