At 11pm my farm dog was barking. I was awake so I took the thermal to see what's up. 2 armadillos digging. Loaded the rifle (Ruger Takedown AR, 300 Blackout, subsonic frangible hand load, FLIR thermal) and managed my first armadillo double kill.

    Very Nice.

Why Frangable as opposed to a different type of load? Was that just what you had loaded at the time?

They are especially quiet suppressed due to only using 3.3 grains of Bullseye powder. I have thousands of those bullets and it’s my standard plinking load used in multiple Blackout firearms. Cheap too. Accurate Load.
