30 super carry

Just was curious if anyone has had the chance to get range time with a shield plus with the 30 super carry or one of the other guns in it.

Not looking for the caliber debate ( don't really care on the thoughts there)
Literally just looking for personal experience not oh my buddy shot one xyz.
