17yr old shoots 10m old baby in the face

In Georgia last week a 17yr old boy named Demarquis Elkins and a younger accomplice ran up on a woman jogging with her 10 month old baby in a stroller. Elkins pulled a gun and demanded money. Seeing how she was jogging she explained that she did not carry money and pleaded with Elkins. Elkins then shot her in the leg. That's a somewhat old story... I think I remember hearing that they arrested the Aunt as well -- for giving false information to the police...

I say let him go free and put an ad in the paper announcing when and where it will happen.
