10/22 Takedown?

I am in the market for a new .22. I was wondering if anyone here has shot the new 10/22 takedown and what they thought of it.

They look nice, but waiting to see how they shoot. I know prices for them are all over the charts. I have seen them from $289 to $360.

I have two of them and they are great. Shoot as as well as any 10/22 made. 25 rounds in a 1" hole at 50 yards.
