It's totally clear, no obstructions. I'm up on a hill and it's up high on my shop, probably 25' off the ground. Nearest trees are 300 yards away. The app shows all blue, no red.
I have it and have had it for probably 2 years now in north Pace. I have the newer square dish. Does it work, Yes. Do I like it? Well, yes and no. It's far better than the only option we had (and still have) which is DSL. The DSL was about 4 up and .9 down.
I faked a tablet with a router...
Smart using replaceable wood supports! I build one like this but used PVC and that stuff is like it's made of tannerite if you hit it. Needless to say, I had to cut them out and go with wood.
Years ago, ebay used IP addresses to match recently viewed items. This means that any computer on the same network sharing the same common IP address would all match and, in theory, show the items that any other computer looked at. I would have assumed they had that fixed by now, but maybe...
Should be no issues. Just be sure to use the correct wire size for the breaker and 3 way it off the existing outlet. Code would probably make you use arc fault on it if you were to need a permit/inspection. You could do that at the breaker easily enough if needed. It probably has a ground...
I know the guy was banned but here is my opinion. I'm a web developer, many of you guys probably know who I am from another forum that I started in Pensacola around 20 years ago. I had to step away from it due to personal reasons, so I lay low now.
Anyway:
1. If it ain't broke don't fix it...
No hoops, you just need a non-resident license which is $350.15. If you only plan to go once, you can get a 3 day or 10 day trip license which are $153 and $216. No real considerations except you have to debone to cross state lines or have game processed in Alabama. If it's private land...
The article says that the unopened packets tested positive as well. No way this was the fault of the restaurant IMO. Sucks because there is no way the media will come back and say "not their fault" or try to make it right. Even if it was found out to be a total fake, their name is still...
I have done several systems for my work, home, shop, parents and others. I always go with the Amcrest POE IP cameras. They are great cameras for a great price. I've only had 2 go bad in the past 5 years (out of 78 cameras) and one was my fault (water got into the connector).
As for the NVR...
Yeah, that's kind of what I gathered. I know they make these same type systems for vehicles but it would require some sort of power system (12V battery and a solar panel). Then you'd have to mount an antenna up high to get whatever signal you have there and send it down. With as much trouble...
I built a 5000sq. ft red iron shop (all metal) and had no signal inside. I did a bunch of research and landed on a SuperBars system. It was a bit to get it set up correctly but it does work and we can use our phones inside now.

:-) It was a good one. Before that, Windows 2000 was pretty awesome. I had two internal servers running for over 3 years without a reboot (no internet access so didn't worry about updates/patches).
Had to buy a car last week. My daughter got into a fender bender and the insurance company wanted to use another repair shop than where it was (wasn't forced, they just recommended). I didn't care either way, so they towed it to Gerber and they declined it saying they didn't have the keys...
What about putting them in the freezer overnight and then taking them out to see if the contraction/expansion loosens them up a bit. May get some condensation though.
