      That’s the bottom portion of the mount. The top only holds up the rail. There’s no loss of function (other than mounting) doing this.

      A good shape 9mm shorty upper. Barrel is 1/10 BA. Handguard is Xproducts I had to cut down a bit to clear. Bolt is faxon and glock/colt cut. Comes with a SBA3 brace if you want. The grip is a stark angled grip.
