      I’m in Tally. It’s not really a ban on FTF sales, but it has put some onerous restrictions on it. Having a CWL exempts people from the ordnance IIRC. Edit: Tallahasse/Leon is pretty lefty, and if they could have gone further they would have.

      The PIT was fairly new back then, and I don't think it had been adopted by LA yet. The OJ following incident (I cringe to call it a pursuit) was only a few years after Rodney King and I think LA was still nervous.

      In reading about it, they didn’t request any construction funds for 2024, so $75M of that doesn’t really count as a “cut.” I’m about to have to start getting the kiddo ready for school so I don’t have time to dig further as where the rest of the money is being taken from.
