First read about something similar, I believe in the 90s, called the Woodward affect. Also reminds me of some Boeing projects with anti-gravity, which themselves were very reminiscent of Bob Lazar's drawings of the craft he worked on. Magnetic superconducting material is spun at high speed between a series of magnets arranged in opposite poles, and when it is done correctly creates resonant frequencies somehow affecting gravity thereby enabling unbelievable speed both straight line and during directional change.
