      Dilemma, to cut or not to cut.

      Don’t cut it. You will get a lot more use out of it the way it is unless you want to have chokes installed. You hunt, right? Cylinder bore is good for quail you almost stepped on and midnight intruders. I have a soft spot for those off brand shotguns. Farmers guns.

      What ever I may use for another purpose such as squirrel, rabbit or bird for camp meat. Probably favorite .410 or 20 faucets with six shot, single shot H&r with 18” barrel, light synthetic stock. My 20 is shortened and threaded for chokes so it is versatile.       Guess I gave ammo away

      A friend gave me 1000 primers. I offered him $50.00 and he said no he bought out a shop and probably only paid $3.00 for them

      How much ammo to stay alive in your SHTF scenario

      I will plan on being mobile. 4x4 version of confederate cavalry. Scavange food and petroleum as I move. 2 cans of rifle ammo 200 rounds of pistol ammo and 200 shotgun shells will cover hunting long range protection and close quarters confrontations.
