Yes we make marmalade with some, fruit hootch with some, and I eat them straightKumquat make great jelly for pancakes or toast.

Love Kumquats!! From times in Japan to back here in the melting pot.. as stated they are great for jams and preserving, or just snacks..Absolutely love kumquarts. Ate tons as a child.

I get a bunch every year. My neighbors have huge trees but hate the fruit.
