All the good stuff, none of the nonsense, no rail. No interchangeable back straps, etc, etc.
I like the sights. TTI Green fiber optic. Even with my crap vision I can line them up well due to the narrow slot.
Some wear but not bad. It appears it has had the gen 2 upgrade. Extended slide release, oversize mag release, grip plug. Looks like some waffle in the mag well. Trigger is smooth, don't know the pull, guessing it's stock. Don't think I'll install a lighter one.
Gonna make this one my "Truck Gun" just need to find a good spot in the F150 to mount it.
Tried several mags. My orginal glock fun sticks don't drop free nor does the amend2 mag? Werid. Magpul, factory g17 and the 30rd clear Ets all drop.
I like the older models going to get another gen 1 someday just for fun.. I'll shoot and report later.

Oh, Yeah! A real classic and beautiful peace of Tupper Ware. JK. Nice!!! My first 9mm pistol was a glock 19 Gen 2. I still love that gun even though I sold it a long time ago. Oh, on that note my wife thinks I have a real problem not holding on to the guns I buy. I told her well I hold on to you. lol

Per the internet the g19 gen 2 is the pinnacle of glock design and highly sought after.

IMO, the Tennifer finish on the 1st-3d Gen Glocks is MUCH better and tougher than the 4th and 5 th Gen models! When I was still on the Job on the East Coast of FL. We found that to be true especially in the salty marine type environment where I worked!

FWIW, I have shot both steel Monarch and aluminum cased Blaser ammo in my 3d Gen Glock 30 with zero problems. (I don't shoot a lot of the steel cased in handguns, but I do in my 9mm carbines.) I have shot a lot of Blazer aluminum cased in my other Glocks & M&P's with no problems.

The only problem that I have had with aluminum cased ammo was in my AR-9 that uses the 32 rd Colt steel stick mags. Occasionally the stick mags will dent the aluminum cases after loading about 20 rds in them.

Agreed. Gen1-3 finish is much much better than Gen4-5
