sec has 2-3 real good teams, the rest are cannon fodder to build up the good team stats
    What
A mediocre LSU or Auburn would beat 90% of the ACC, Big 12, Big 10, and 100% of the pac 12.

Texas should have beat LSU, if it wasn't for a legit dropped wide open pass that game would have had a different story. Which is the "Best LSU team of all time" . Auburn is also lucky they got rid of Gus, I shouldn't have to explain stupid play calling to any war eagle fan.#youvebeengus'd

Also I see a lot of people that don't remember that Saban was going to take the Texas position while back, he only stopped because of media, they have his wife house shopping outside of Austin. So don't think he's Alabama through and through

At this stage in Nick Saban’s life and career, I don’t believe he’s going anywhere else to start over and rebuild a program, he’s on top of the world. Thank goodness he came to Tuscaloosa and revived Alabama’s prominence in college football. I remember some hard times at T-Town when Bama couldn’t beat their selves out of a wet paper sack. The man is a great motivator and brings out the best in his athletes. So I would have to say Saban is 100% committed to the Bama program.
Frank T, do I detect some animosity in your comments on Bama’s success under the tutelage of Coach Saban ? Who do you pull for, the Seminoles ?

I think Saban is the devil, his birthday is Halloween only fits. What frank said is true though, the money and hell if a reporter or booster pisses him off enough that dude could walk out. If Saban left though understand Alabama would fall within two seasons, he is who gets the recruiting, not the school. That is why I think he is devil, but hell do I respect him.
Also Saban wouldn't really been in a rebuild, hell he goes to Texas and gets all of Texas recruiting say good bye to your SEC.

You cracking me up there Ginger,
If Saban was coaching the team you support then you would think he was your savior and the best thing since sweet tea ! All joking aside, Saban has planted his roots and he’s not leaving Bama until he’s ready to hang his whistle up. I think we’ve gotten off track here, by starting this topic about TX and OK coming in to the SEC what does everybody think the future of college football as a whole will be in the next several years? There’s all kinds of uncertainty and speculation going on about what lays ahead for college sports. I think that the NIL (name, image and likeness) rights are going to be a big negative for college sports, I’m against it.

I can’t think of better move than getting the media to report that coach’s wife is purchasing a home in Austin. You better believe those Alabama boosters got their wallets out. Why would he go to TX to rebuild a program at the age of 70?

Oh I 100 percent would have loved him as a coach, he single handedly shifted college football. Two options for players now a days join him or try to play against him, he legitimately changed college football. The SEC should be thankful for him. I think it all goes to hell in a hand basket though
