Looks like I missed this thread earlier!

I'm going to have a table set up for my slings and belts. I had planned to take it easy after Christmas, but I know it'll be packed out so. Come on by if you can tear yourself away from the tailgating, lol.

what exactly can you buy at a gun show? I'm wanting to buy some magazines, ammo, and new holster for my XDM. With the current climate is it even worth it to show up?

You can normally find most anything you want at a gun show. In the current climate I expect 1-2 hour wait to get in. IF there are any magazines and ammo they will be at 300% of three weeks ago. Holsters probably available and normal prices.

Even though it will be a madhouse, at least the people attending "have a clue," and are reacting. Most of America doesn't have a clue and are sheeple X's 10. The only disadvantage I see is that the people who are reacting now are paying three/four times more than if they had reacted sooner. The ole Scout motto "Be Prepared" is just as relevant as it has ever been. And, I think people who expect prices to come back down in a year or so are living in a dream world.

I didn't make it today. Still recovering from surgery and the broken ankle are keeping me in the LazyBoy on pain meds.
I don't know if I could put up with a big crowd in this condition.

I had a friend call me and said he went to the show and there wasn't no place to park and that there was a line about a block long at NOON time He just went home....

Show was busy, Saturday was insane, Sunday got busy at times, but all in all it was a good show. If I saw another Alabama National Championship shirt or hat I was gonna puke. On Sat morning there was reportedly over 1000 people waiting to get in at 9am.

I went today and arrived at 9 for the 10 oclock opening.I could have been one of the first five in line.So off to Mc Ds for breakfast.Get back by 930 and am about 50th in line.I think I picked the right day to go for what I wanted.It was pleasantly not crowded at all, Id say less than Milton or Pensacola pre Obama as far as how crowded.I think this is why I like going there though they usually have good spacing between the tables.
As expected prices on most stuff people want in these times were the same prices everyone else has already noted! High but thats what it is if you want it.

No anti gun rally people either.
