Now we just need this to appear in main stream media but we know that probably won't happen.

You are absolutely right. For the media to divulge this information to the public would be suicide for them. The Obama administration and all of the anti-gunners would be in an uproar. These people do not want the truth out because it would defeat their agendas. The facts are there to support that the more guns that are owned by the citizenry equates to a lesser violent crime rate. Criminals like to have guns to commit their crimes against those without them. They rarely attack anyone they know or believe has a gun because they do not want to get shot. Even in the State of Florida, with all of the shootings going on lately, violent crimes are down because of the large influx of new gun owners in the past several years.

Another Harvard Law Article: Pro 2A, SBR, SBS, Pistol foregrip and more. A MUST READ!

Legal analysis with Case Law references. Chews up DOJ/AFT regulations, definitions and abuse of authority. It's a PDF but don't let that stop your search for knowledge on these important Topics. Don't skip over the Footnotes, there are addition insight in those jewels. It is very Important to use a Link that contains UNALTERED TEXT! I previously pulled two other Links sources and found them missing paragraphs or pages of information. There is also a search engine barrier (at least on google) that blocks or omits search results on partial title key words and it states "no results found. Not surprising with anti-gun google. The below Link is directly from the Havard Journal of Law and Public Policy index. It was published before the BFS issue but those familiar with DOJ/ATF Final Rule on BFS/machineguns will immediately recognize direct parallels in flawed Gov arguments, actions and Agency overreach in violation of Congressional mandates, limits, administrative authority and Case Law. Its a long article but you won't be disappointed.
