I heard they hired a ton of extra people to help process all the mega millions they expected to receive with the SBR nonsense. Now... they have all those folks on staff and no extra workload like they expected.
Kinda makes sense they'd get rid of the fast method to give them something to do I guess?

I totally agree. You'd think it would be a 5 minute process these days at most.
