Form 4 is dealer to individual/entity.
If you'd in the same state you can get an NFA item from an individual/entity with a form 4 also.

Yeah I got a great deal from a dealer in another state. Had to have him transfer it to Nate. Damn form 3's. Lol.

I was expecting these about 2 weeks ago. Sent in on 4 Feb. Approved 8 May (funny because I called last week and they said one of them was still pending). Got them today. Looks like the time is creeping up a little.
