Well that might be good news 7mos is better than 10+.
My paper form 4 took 223 days from the day I mailed it. I too was expecting at least 10 months, so things are looking up! I hear stories from old timers who say it used to take only a month or two. Maybe it will eventually get back to that.

Awesome! Im at 27 days on two of E-Filed From 1s. I was kind of worried all the people plaguing the ATF with Form 1s for machine guns were backing up the system again. Better get onto etching my lowers!

(No you can not submit a Form 1 for a machine guns. Some were erroneously approved and were requested to be returned back. Bunch of people are doing it to start a class action lawsuit against the ATF since they stated Trust are not persons. However it is against the law for machine guns to be manufactured for civilians. Shit show.)

Got my two e-filed form 1's back, the one for an SBR took 38 days and the one for a suppressor took 36 days. Woo hoo. Now I have to get my lower and my tube engraved, wasn't expecting them back so soon.

So if you take mine and The Pitt's time and average it, it looks like 37 days is the norm. Infinitely better than the 7.5 months it took for my paper filed form 4 to get approved!

Waiting on my form 3. Filed 32 days ago. Hopefully it will come through by the end of this month. Then form 4 waiting. Using a NFA trust. So will go a lot quicker than individual.

Aaron told me my stamp came in today - little more than 3 moths with a trust. Now to make my way over to Niceville to pick up my suppressor!
