Waiting since January as well...and STILL waiting.
They have my money, I have nothing in return, and all I can do is wait some more.
    Not a good feeling.

I think we're in the latest "target" scheme -- ah la the IRS delaying the Tea Party tax exempt applications...

Major Weapons can confirm, but I think that I am into my 7th month of waiting already.

Sucks that the government regulates something like a can that makes a firearm no more lethal -- and protects the environment from "noise pollution". Where is the environmentalist support!!!!

spoke with an ATF field agent the other day, form 4's right now are at 15 months and form 3's are at 3 months.

It seems that this is their generic response they've given to everyone after the shutdown. Even with the current rush to get into before the trust change a doubling of the estimated wait doesn't stack up.

I did a Form1 for a Remington 870 the morning that eForms opened back up. Guess I'll see how well that process works. It took about 8 months for my last paper form4 on a suppressor.

My eforms account has been screwed up since I filed; I haven't been able to log in. The ATF was useless in figuring out the issue. I told them I was pretty sure it was a browser issue since Chrome would tell me my account was locked (but the ATF help desk would say it wasn't locked when I would call), Mozilla would just give me a fatal error, and IE11 wouldn't even let me click the log in button. Their answer was to tell me to use IE8 like they do; yea they told me to use a browser that Microsoft hasn't supported for 3 years, can't be downloaded from a trusted source and won't work correctly with operating systems on a newer computer. Thursday night I finally figured out that I could log in using Safari browser. I logged in it didn't even show that I had submitted a Form1. I used their message system and asked WTF. Got an email saying they were working hard yada, yada, yada. Logged in a few minutes ago and my Form1 was there and had been approved since 5 August.
Six weeks from submission to approval is pretty good. Happy about that, but I've seen 12 year olds that could created better and more usable webpages than whatever buffoon is ripping them(us) off on the eForms system.

just noticed this thread. the paper work for my last stamp was put in the mail on 12/03/13 and i received the stamp on 7/14/14. i was expecting a much longer wait. apparently the new help is cutting into the wait time.
