I don't think it was a test, I think the wives truly wanted to kill him. I think Eugene just thought it would fail and isn't going to risk it.

I could definitely see some of them seizing the opportunity if and when it presents itself. At first I didn't like Dwight, but after realizing his story I feel sorry for him.

It's slow for sure. I'm afraid that we aren't going to see Negan die before they take a hiatus.
When is the last show and when does it start back up ?
I'm betting it will end with them all geared up and about to take on the Saviors. Then we will have to wait several months to see it.
I was a little confused last night. So, they were at a carnival but it was full of Army guys.
I guess we can just assume it was some kind of last stand and it just happened to take place in a carnival ?

They must have eaten all the kids at the carnival. I enjoyed all the sex and zombie killing last night, but I really like it when they kill kid zombies.

Each week I get bored with the show. Then they play the preview for next week and I think it looks good, then the next week gets here and it's the same thing, another disappointing episode. They need to turn this around or I don't think I'll be watching much longer.

Well negan took guns from Alexandria. Now this. What have we learned? Don't give up your guns. it only gets worse as they can rule over you more without your guns. the "king" is a P*ssy for giving up the guns. He should have shot one and said "do we want more"
Nooo, they should have shot all of the Saviors that were there. There weren't that many of them. They had their guns on them.
They needed to get this thing started and this would have been a good start. Now they are unarmed. The guy that Morgan killed was the only one that had any guts.

I think Dwight is with them. I think he's supposed to have left the statue with "I didn't know" wrote on it signifying he was unaware of the trash people's betrayal. Just my take anyway.

What did you guys think about last night's season premier ? I expected more fighting.
Where were all the Saviors ? Why didn't they fight back ? All I saw was Rick's group spraying the windows of the warehouse with very little return fire.
Negan was being so cool about it all, I fully expected him to have some great surprise plan up his sleeve but nothing happened. He and his group leaders just all ran for cover. Kind of a let-down really.

It was kinda lame, they want us to believe that the same people that boxed them in from EVERY SINGLE DIRECTION, are suddenly nowhere to be found. Pffft!!!
