    Item Description

Good condition for it's age. The Ted Williams Model 100 was made for Sears by Winchester. Great bore, I have never shot, and trying to slim down the calibers I have. Receiver has been drilled and tapped for some side mount. Have ammo and a leather sling (boot on stock) that I can include for any interested buyer at reasonable prices.

These were the working mans gun back in the 60's. My dad had one and I witnessed many a deer fall in front of it's sights over Perdido River way. Then on Escambia River he allowed me to carry it when I got older.
Kinda a piece of history here.
    Congratz to the seller . . . AND . . . the buyer. ---- SAWMAN

I remember drooling over the guns at Sears and in their catalog. Montgomery Wards even carried guns back then. I got a great deal on a Mossy semi-automatic when the Monkey Wards closed out the last guns at the mall in Pensacola in the '80's.

My first center fire rifle was a Marlin 33C in .35 Remington bought at KMART on sale. Man, that thing thumped when you squeezed one off! I have to resist buying one every time I see one.

I used to drool over the guns at Sears also.
I had a Western Auto catalog with 3 pages of Smith and Wesson’s, most under $100.
I bought my 1st deer rifle at Kmart in 1977, a Marlin 336 30/30 on sale for $92.

Sorry to tell you boys, the buyer is solid. We have done some business in the past and like me; when he speaks, he will follow through!

Met a guy who knew and Turkey hunted with Ted Williams in Camden. He told me some funny stories about the man and his gun brand. They were good friends. He told me what his kids did with his head. Broke this guys heart
