Tell Winchester about the problem. You should get a new box of ammo for it.

I don't know as much about firearms as most here. It might not chamber, but do y'all think it would actually cause a problem?

In anything but a Glock or shield, it would likely shoot just fine. Not that I'd be willing to try it or anything. Lol. It does make me give a second look to the case of WWB 556 I just got.

Anything Winchester scares me know. Shot an IDPA match last weekend with a buddy and he reloaded with Winchester primers and had to lite strikes.

Well , this factory load made in only 2" down the barrel, and if I hadn't listened to the voices in my head would have had a follow up right behind it. I only had 4 bullets left so had 2 empty cylinders and thought I had just hit an empty chamber and the poooof I heard was the guy next to me shooting his .22. Lucky I checked.

LOL, my Glock eats anything. It'd eat that crappy round too and spit out the casing and keep right on burping. Never a problem. Not saying I shoot stuff like that, but if there was sufficient powder still in the case and it would chamber, no doubt it'd kept burping right on. The only time it ever ftf was due to a cheap mag and spring. But yes, I too would email that pic to them and tell them thank God you caught it before loading. See if they'll send you a free box or two. g/l

hmmm....I switched from CCI to Winchester recently for the same reason...light primer strikes. Only on striker guns, mostly XD and with my Shield a little. Havent shot many of the loads with WW primers yet.
