Item DescriptionThese are the last 3 guns a friend asked me to list for him. I have taken plenty of images, but if you need more images, or additional information, please send me a PM and I will get you what you need. Interested out of state buyers - I can log these guns in my books and transfer to you free. I can directly transfer the long guns to an out-of -state buyer, but will have to go through an FFL in buyer's state for the revolver.

Nice firearms and good pictures. They changed the ATF rules a while back. All firearms, long guns included, have to go through an FFL for out of state transfers to be legal. One of the moderators on here corrected me a while back, as I didn't know they had changed it and neither did my FFL, but when he checked, sure enough, they changed it.

I am an FFL, and as far as I know, I can still transfer rifles and shotguns to out-of-state residents. I cannot transfer handguns and "other" (receivers) to an out-of-state resident.

From my ATF regulations handbook:

"ordinance;
(3) any firearm to any person who
the licensee knows or has reasonable
cause to believe does not reside
in (or if the person is a corporation
or other business entity, does not
maintain a place of business in) the
State in which the licensee’s place of
business is located, except that this
paragraph (A) shall not apply to the
sale or delivery of any rifle or shotgun
to a resident of a State other than a
State in which the licensee’s place of
business is located if the transferee
meets in person with the transferor to
accomplish the transfer, and the sale,
delivery, and receipt fully comply with
the legal conditions of sale in both
such States (and any licensed manufacturer,
importer or dealer shall be
presumed, for purposes of this subparagraph,
in the absence of evidence
to the contrary, to have had actual
knowledge of the State laws and
published ordinances of both States),
and (B) shall not apply to the loan or
rental of a firearm to any person for
temporary use for lawful sporting purposes;
(4) to any person any destructive

I'll try this again - I can transfer the long guns directly to a FL resident. The revolver will have to go through an FFL in buyer's state of residence.
