Price drop, come on gentlemen, someone needs this!

it is a fine looking gun, GLWS, I had one once, sorry I let it go, but the only way I could say I NEED this...

    is if you
drop the price to $200, include 300 rounds of premium hornady ammo, and could meet me in Cantonment or Molino, on my schedule, not yours...then I would NEED it badly, and would pay you in the newest crispest benji's I have .

I expect and accept your negative response....and recommend you seek mental treatment if you do accept this offer.

p.s., we can meet at tom thumb, so I can buy you a sixpack of beer to take back with you, and a bag of porkskins too...along with some email addresses of of high Nigerian govt officials who has to give away 50 million before the end of the year, he needs your acct routing number

I'll offer you $200 and two weekends of hard labor on your hunting lease this season. You can't pass this up.

You need this Jerry. I still have a bunch of hard thumpin' 405gr WFNGC's (hardcast) loaded up for my gun that I sold. Also three boxes of 325gr FTX factory ammo.
Everybody should own at leasr one 45-70. --- SAWMAN

I raise my bid to $225, contingent on Sawman throwing in his ammo on the deal(for a box of little debbies, your choice)..

    other conditions still apply

No but - - -> What I will do is,throw in 3rds of the 405gr load so the buyer can feel what a 45-70 can really do.
I could tell you stories of what my 16" 1895 has done but nobody would believe me. --- SAWMAN

No response to my PM. I guess it was not enough to derail Cavemans offer.
If I had gotten it I would have SAWMAN demonstrate the heavy stuff about 30 times to properly break this beast in.

Some years ago I put one of my 405gr loads clean through a 300lb gnarly old boar hog on Eglin.
At 40yds the bullet went through both sides of his 3"+ shoulder plate and shattered both shoulder joints. The bullet continued through a 6" Sweet Gum tree and out into Titi Swamp.
Yeah, i'll shoot one to show you how it's done. (OUCH !!) ---- SAWMAN
Added: Goshdurnnit . . . i'm talking myself into buying this gun.
