    FS: Tikka T3 stock Pensacola

This is a factory T3 stock that I "slimmed" and painted. Basically I sanded down the goofy grip pads on the forend and palm swell area and sanded down the palm swell itself to a more normal size. I went all the way up to 800 grit then used two coats of high build primer, sanding after each one, to ensure a smooth base. Next I added 3 coats of Krylon Fusion in flat OD green, then the Krylon webbing and finally 3 coats of ultra flat clear. This isn't some half assed rattle can job, I have a ton of time tied up in this stock. The only reason I'm selling it is because I came across to good of a deal to pass up on a B&C stock.

Pics below show it mounted on my gun still and next to a factory stock for reference.

$75 includes factory factory recoil pad. Located in Pensacola

Synthetic. Came off of a 270 but it will fit any caliber T3 since they're all built on long action receivers.

Yeah they're the same until you get into some of the heavy barrel models.

I'll be sure to post some pics and target groups once I get it built....but that may be a little while seeing as how the stock is headed back to B&C today. After fighting with it for a couple of days I finally realized that the recoil lug is actually sitting in the stock slightly crooked causing the entire left side of the barrel to make contact with the barrel channel. They gave me a RA# but I have to ship it back on my dime, not to happy about that. We'll see how it goes.

Yeah I've always heard great things about them and how the majority of the time they don't even need bedding. Guess I just got a bad one. Hopefully they make it right!
