    yes it is 300 blackout, BCG = bolt carrier group.

    I got this in a trade and honestly don't know too much about this particular build.

    Hope you don't mind me saying,but - - -> Google thru the interweb. There are 300BLK uppers for sale everywhere for waaaaay under $450. Some for <$300.
    Then put that 7400 up for sale for $400. WHAM !!! . . . . You just made a hundred bucks. --- SAWMAN
