I believe raised lettering should be on the right side of scope and SN should be in 2 places..
Forum rules are that buyers should use "due diligence" and I think that has been accomplished.
To the seller, I would clarify your ad or provide proof that it is in fact what you are advertising.

It is possible the seller bought used and didn't know, not all of us were issued one or think too research"how too spot a fake scope".
People list inceorrect specs and mislabel things out of hornet ignorance sometimes. A finish is nickle not stainless, it's ceracote not factory, revolver sights are often intergral with the tops strap, etc etc. John b was polite when he stated it was a clone, maybe we should give the seller a chance to edit/redact/delete or something before we color him a fraud. 3 pages in 6 hours, on a Saturday night, he may be out doing things.

Can't say that I'm happy about it but I traded a weapon for it, and it was worth 400 to me.

Yeah man I hate that for you. It is actually really damn clear for a clone. It'd be fine on an AR range gun. Sorry about that again. I believe it was an honest mistake. No worries.
