Does your clubs bylaws state that the officers and the BOD can be got rid of with a simple vote at an emergency meeting of the membership ??

The current board members that were running for reelection withdrew there names from the ballot. I believe. If all positions are unopposed then there is no need for ballots to be filled out. This is covered in the bylaws.

ALL CURRENT board members who had opposition running. Have withdrawn and given up there current seats. No Need for elections all vacated seats filled with "The opposition candidates" For those who felt the current board was not in the best interest of the club have WON!!!!! Those who were in agreement with the 7c change etc have lost. I personally enjoyed the current club ! I hope to see more of the things that made it a social club expand and continue. After all shooting sports is 5% shooting 20% setup and reset and 75% SOCIALIZING with your shooting friends. Congratulations to the "new" board. my Santa wish list is a covered area with picnic tables and a grill. Somewhere away from the firing line. A place to gather , socialize and meet. happy shooting all.
