    I have never served in the military. One of the privileges of starting to shoot matches is getting to meet many of you who have. There seem to be a bunch of charities that are veterans related. Does anyone know of any that are either very good at what they do or that help people here locally or both?

    There are a bunch sir, some you have to do a bit of research on as they have a habit doing more than they claim to and most of the donations don't go to vets. One I know for sure helps out is the Special Forces Association, they help out the SPEC OPS community and their families. That is just one of many though. My 2 cents.
