In 81, went to the B.B. King Blues Club in Memphis to hit happy hour. To our suprise, King came out to with Lucille, plugged into a small amp/speaker box then pull a chair from a nearby table. He played with his full heart and soul for about 30 minutes and he worked the dance floor for most of it with sweat rolling down his face. When he was done he said " They ain't but seven of you here, so you each pick a song and say B.B. sung it just fo ya, I did!" Then walked off. I then looked around and his head count was right. Impressive on several levels.
