This is a brand new never used seat that came with my new Summit tri-pod. it is a folding seat that can be used on a standard boat mounting system. I never used it, only took the plastic off to put the screws in that connects the back to the bottom. It comes with 4 new mounting screws. Thanks for looking. cant seem to get the pictures to load, will try later. It is the standard green color folding seat/

Sorry I dont. I do have 100 rds of .380, 200 rds of .22, or 40 rds of 5.56 I would part with. Or a 30 Rd PMAG in tan color.
