So I'm trying the Taran Tactical +5/+6 extensions and not having much luck with reliable feeding when the capacity is >16/17.
Across 8 magazines, I'm getting varied results in capacity and feeding using the supplied "10%" mag spring. I've even tried using the Glock OEM mag spring with pretty much the same results.
I've looked at the FAQ page and other places on the surface of the Taran web page but I don't see anything that offers any performance tips/suggestions. I'll scour their (4+star) review pages and see if anyone has offered any input but in the interim...
Is there anything I should do to the inside of the magazine or the follower to help improve reliability when using basepad extensions?
