    Guys,

I know the gun trust and 41F have been discussed in previous threads. The way I read it is that going forward I would need every RP on my trust to fill out a RP form and fingerprints and send a photo in. (Please correct me if I'm wrong).

Question is could I technically remove those people from my trust (7 of them) and then apply for another NFA item once they are removed to keep from having to go through the circus and then just amend my trust to add them back once I get my stamp for a new NFA item?

That's the golden question right now. In practice, yes.
In reality, who knows as it hasn't been tested yet.

Or can a person have more than one trust? Purchase items with one that is only in your name. Then add the items to the other trust when desired?

    You can have multiple trusts.
But moving an item trust to trust is another $200 and the process all over again
