I have 800 pieces fully processed mixed headstamp .223rem / 5.56x45mm brass. All assumed once fired. Hand sorted to cull bad brass.
Ss wet tumbled for initial cleaning
Sized in small base dies
Quick tumble in corn cob to remove lube
Every 5th case checked in EGW chamber gauge
Neck tension checked on every 5th case with a ballistic tools neck gauge
Primer pockets hit with a pocket cleaner
Primer pockets swaged
Primer pockets checked on every 5th csse with a ballistic tools primer swage gauge
These cases were majority (90%) 1.740-1.745 so they were all trimmed out to a consistent 1.740" +/- .003". (Trim based off shoulder) should be able to skip trim neck loading.

Ss wet tumbled again to finish the pockets and final debur/cleaning
I spot check a few cases for primer pockets and neck tension after final cleaning.
As is 800 ready to load will let go for $90. Can finish it out to 1k for $110.
I have more stashed back if anyone needs more. Most is mixed headstamp and some bags are lake city sorted out and trimmed to 1.750" that goes for $125/1k. All ready to load brass that i have been working on for a while. Pm me a qty interested in and if need particular headstamp or length. I try to sort like lengths to make loading / crimping easier if you do it in 1 stage.
