Very nice! I like that one on the right. Let me know if she ever gets homesick.

It does call out your name when ever I finger the trigger! but then again, it's my name too so I can live with that. If you come up with a 1911 you don't love call me, we'll talk.

You need that 17L James, I'm sure you have another 1911 laying around, I'm liking the colt BTW Thank you.

Unfortunately, of the two that I have left to trade, one is only worth about $525 and the other about $400. I am really wanting to add a G36, a G41, and a G17L at some point. I tried to sell the two 1911s at the gun show this weekend, but no takers.

I have one for you guys. A few years ago, I acquired a stainless SHADOW 1911A1 that was made by a business called SHADOW USA. It was made in Riverside, CA supposedly, back in the 1980s by a man that was working from his garage. If you remember, this was around the time that stainless 1911s started to show up. This one is beautifully crafted. Even the rear sight is stainless, but the front sight is not. The person I bought it from said that the serial number was designated explicitly for the original owner. Has anyone on this forum ever heard of, or seen, one of these before?
