    A few minor tweaks such as the new simplified button tower and a slightly redesigned battery cap on the Sparc ll. The Sparc ll does not come with the magnifier and does not have a dedicated night vision button like the original version. Also they added flip up lens caps with the Sparc ll. I believe the auto shut-off mode was changed from 6 hours on the original Sparc to 12 hours on the Sparc ll.
