Bullshit. I'd love a demonstration. I like my Glocks just fine, and my Wilsons have never had an issue. I've seen plenty of Glock problems at IDPA though. I like my Glocks just fine, but this myth of 100% reliability is also bullshit. Wilson themselves, as well as my experience says that if you want something as specialized as a 9mm 1911, running a 100+ year old design in a chambering it wasn't designed for, takes a small amount of consideration. It's no different from an AR. A little lube goes a long way, I don't think it's too much to ask. JMO.

Mattv2099 on Youtube. He puts his poor Glock 17 through hell and back. Some examples: baked into a cake, immersed and frozen in ice cream, bacon grease, jello, copper lube, almond roca, and about a billion more.

Bacon grease would probably enhance the performance.

    And smell delicious.

Run your guns, clean your guns, lube them and run them some more. That's the American military way, or at least how I was taught. How fuck!ng inbred do you have to be to not follow such simple instructions?

The HK45C could very well be the best all around handgun ever made.

I have yet to shoot one of those but thus far the best I have personally shot for all around category is the Walther PPQ M2 5"
But my most accurate shooter is my Smith and Wesson 500

    shoot one mag.

clean with fire clean or suitable substitute(vegetable oil)

    shoot one mag, snap caps.

    clean

rack the slide tactically (use the heel of your boot or some other tactical object) x10

    clean

field strip for time (if it takes longer than 23 seconds, that one doesn't count) x5

shoot one mag, snap caps, blind folded.

    clean

    cerakote your slide.

    clean.

    get trigger work done

    clean.

shot one mag, high powered snap caps.

    clean.

That's what I use to break in my guns.

I wish I could video that for youtube....
    Don't worry. I will.
I just wish I knew what ratio he used so I can't be accused of skewing the results.
Im a 1911 shooter, but i like, own, carry and respect Glocks, I just can't deal with the blind fanaticism around glocks. Anything manmade will fail at some point end of story.
