    is there any restrictions to buying ammo off the internet or from another state?

    Shouldn't be as long as your over 21 and there are no state or local laws (kalifornia) that prohibit it.

    You will need to be home to sign for it when it is delivered. Just make sure someone is there to sign for it and you should be GTG.

    I have yet to ever sign for ammo. I know that some online places require it or you can add it to the delivery. But, I have never had to sign for it yet.
