    Ok so if you have seen I've been building a remington model 700 300Win magnum it came with a 3-9x50 but Its not a good scope wondering what yall would suggest I could put on it. Wanting to stay in a 40 series not looking as much for hunting mostly wanting long range shooting. Thanks in advance for y'all's input

    SWFA 12x is what I went to.
    Before that I had a 10x.
    Guns a .308 and I don't hunt, just LR.

    I bought a Vortex Viper HS dead hold reticle fer my Steryr in 300 wm. I love it and it's not a break the bank scope but has excellent glass!!!

    I just picked up a Vortex 6-18x44mm for my ,308 Rem 700 SPS -better than my Leupold Vx2, its fantastic and won't break your bank.
