    I'm not sure of the best place to post this but...
    I have found that the best way to post pictures on this site is to text the photos to yourself and use the received photos as the ones you intend to post. (Your device resizes the photos to send as a text message.)
    I've seen several posts that do not include pictures with OP indicating that the photos will not upload as they are too large.
    This works for me and hopefully will work for others.

    Bingo. That's the simplest way to resize.

    However, even though it's been said, most people with the problem posting pics are not aware that it's a size issue.

    They just get the fault message, and they don't know what to do next.

    Yes, Frank's method works as well. There are various good solutions, but when people get the failure, the error message doesn't tell them that the fault is due to the file size.

    Perhaps it's possible for Ian to go in and edit the the error message in the forum operating software. I feel this option is unlikely though.


    Perhaps a sticky is in order.
