Not me!! Long story short, he was receiving it from another LEO,as he shifted it from one hand to the other, it went off. Blew out knuckle on trigger finger, grazed bird finger. Doc was able to save half of trigger finger. He said fingers were never near trigger. Anybody heard of any problems with M&Ps?

Just gonna bet a finger touched the trigger no matter what he says, even faulty weapons don't fire unless touched. painful experience.

Umm....why was it being transferred with a round in the chamber? Looks pretty painful, hope he recovers.
